I am someone who loves the brightness and joy of life and likes nothing better than sharing this with others.
My passion is to share my finance knowledge in a way that suits non-finance professionals.
Working alongside individuals with different levels of finance understanding, I learnt quickly to adapt my style and language to suit each particular situation.
I strongly believe in working collaboratively with empathy as that is a proven way to give non-finance professionals a better experience.
Whilst I can help anyone in Business I do have a specific focus on HR professionals. Why?
HR and Finance work towards the same organisational goals but are often diametrically opposed in their thought processes.
Differences can be effective if collaboration is allowed to flourish.
